Fashion memo: YELLOW is in!!!!!

Against the general trend of my blog I would like to take a more serious approach to a special issue.
The 2005 Tour de France is in full swing as Lance reaches the Alps in command of the yellow jersey. Lance, for six consecutive years, has overcome the world's greatest cyclists. Lance did all this after overcoming testicular cancer that spread to his lungs and his brain, and almost killed him. I remember last year during the Tour those "livestrong" bracelets to many became the "latest must have"; to others they represented millions of research dollars that could one day cure cancer. Cancer does not discriminate, we are all at risk. It may not be you or I that will suffer from this horrible disease, the futures of our sons and daughters will also be shadowed by cancer. Yellow no longer represents one man's victory over an annual race in France, but the will and strength everyday people like you and me need to overcome cancer. Show your support for Lance's soon-to-be seventh victory and a cure, WEAR YELLOW for it will make all the difference for those who need it most.
